Janine established Mary Poppins' Nannies at the begining of 1995 and continues to develop and manage the agency.

Since that time Janine has interviewed thousands families and potential nannies in the Canberra region and Mary Poppins Nannies has employed close to 1000 nannies in full and part time employment.
