Whether you need someone during the day or for an evening, once a year or once a week, overnight or on-call, Mary Poppins Nannies are here to assist you.

Because Mary Poppins Nannies employ the nannies, we take care of all the 'business' aspects such as paying taxes and superannuation, and most importantly we have the necessary insurance policies such as Workers' Compensation and Public Liability.

Mary Poppins Nannies requires a credit card number at the time of booking. We accept
Mastercard and VISA. If you do not have a credit card, payment must be made in advance of the care. Accepted payments are by EFTPOS or cash at our office, or by Money Order. Payment by internet banking facilities are accepted if arrangements are made at the time of the booking.

Please be aware that our carers are NOT permitted to accept cash payments at the time of
care, & we do not accept personal cheques.
 
Our carers have timesheets, which must be signed by both carer & client at the end of a shift. Once the timesheets are returned to the office an invoice is issued & the credit card is charged.
 
Should the amount calculated from the timesheet vary from any deposits paid, an adjustment will be made & any outstanding amounts must be paid within 7 days.
 
PLEASE ADVISE US AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IF YOU REQUIRE A RECEIPT FOR THE
PURPOSES OF MAKING A CLAIM WITH THE FAMILY ASSISTANCE OFFICE.  Mary Poppins
Nannies is a REGISTERED Care Provider with the FAO.

When a request is made for a carer on a regular casual basis, the hourly rates may differ from our standard rates, dependent on the carers’ qualifications, experience & age.
 
Mary Poppins Nannies will endeavour to provide your family with consistent care, however
we reserve the right to replace carers in casual positions at any time.  This includes situations where you may have a regular, but casual carer.
